• Support offered via eMMC/eMCP Device Test Adapter and eMMC/eMCP Soft-ware Library

• Software includes Compliance and Engineering Test Scripts for eMMC chips and eMCP cards compliant with JEDEC specifications up to ver. 5.1

UFS Cards & Chips

• Support offered via UFS Device Test Adapter and UFS Software Library

• Software includes Test Scripts for UFS devices up to spec 5.0 / 5.1
